VIA is designed for privacy. All photo processing happens on your device. However, our app uses AdMob for advertising purposes, which may collect certain information as described below.

Purchase Information: We track subscription status and purchase history through Apple's StoreKit for subscription management.

Local Data Storage: We store your photo swipe history, preferences, and app settings locally on your device using SwiftData. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

However, our app uses AdMob as an advertising provider, which may collect certain information for advertising purposes.

Location Data: VIA accesses location data from your photos to organize them by place. This location data is:

• Processed entirely on your device
• Used only for photo organization and grouping
• Not transmitted to our servers
• You can disable location access in your device settings if you prefer

Data Retention: All locally stored data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can delete the app at any time to remove all stored data.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
